What currencies are your products available in and do you ship internationally?
At this time, all prices are exclusively in USD. Yes, we do ship internationally.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours using Royal Mail or Evri. For local deliveries, please allow 3-4 days; Europe 3-5 working days; and for the U.S. and the rest of the world, 5-10 days. Tracking numbers will be available 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at onohson@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

What is the policy in the event I am not satisfied with a product?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days after contacting us to return your item for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label to mail the package back to us. Once we receive your product, we will process a full refund. Kindly include your name and order number on your returned parcel to ensure your refund is processed correctly and promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for free as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please refer to the return policy to receive a full refund.

Help! I have entered an incorrect address and the order is already placed.
If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address. Notify us at onohson@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can update it without delay. No refund will be issued after 24 hours of incorrect address submission if we haven’t been notified.
